Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you truly love your purchase from Advika. However, if you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returned & exchanged merchandise must arrive back at our studio no more than 30 days after initial order date. All returns & exchanges must be in 100% new condition, unworn with all original tags in place. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returned or exchanged merchandize. If you choose an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping you your exchange. 

Advika is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages during transit.
