Shipping Policies and Returns

Inventory may be subject to availability. If an item on your order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed style and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.

All Advika sales are final. I do my best to satisfy and please each and every customer! If you are unsure about colors & sizing, please feel free to contact me, and I will be more than happy to answer any questions.

In the case of any damaged goods please contact me for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receiving your package.

For any lost goods, please contact me and we will find a way to resolve the issue together.

All items are shipped via airmail with Canada Post. Unfortunately, I do not automatically include a tracking number. The cost of tracking packages almost doubles the shipping cost. If you require a tracking number or delivery confirmation, please indicate before your purchase and I can adjust the cost of shipping, and upgrade to track your package.

For Canadian purchases please take note the average delivery for neighboring provinces is 1-3 days. Anywhere else in Canada could take up to 10 days.

For US purchases please that note that the average delivery time is 1-2 weeks.

For International purchases, please take note that the average delivery time from is 4-6 weeks, although it could be longer.
